Data Deletion Instructions

1. Email privacy@topbrainer.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Include your full name and the email address of the account. If you signed in with Facebook, Google, LinkedIn or GitHub, tell us which one.
3. We will reply to confirm your request, and may ask you to verify that the account is yours before we proceed.
4. Once confirmed, we will delete your account and personal data within 30 days, and email you when it is done.

Your account and profile information (such as your name, email address, phone number and profile photo), your learning activity (such as enrolments and progress), and any information we received from a social sign-in provider such as Facebook.

Payment, invoice and tax records that we are legally required to keep. We keep these only for as long as the law requires, and they are no longer linked to your profile.

You can also remove Topbrainer from your Facebook account by opening your Facebook settings and removing Topbrainer under Apps and Websites. Removing the app stops Facebook from sharing new information with us. To have us delete what we already hold, send the email request described above.
